X9 Wireless Projectors
The X9 Board Conference room has two wireless Epson projectors mounted from the ceiling. The projectors are controlled by a handheld IR remote control device. Staff keeps this remote. The remote is only used to turn the projectors on and off. Do not adjust any of the other settings. There are no direct wired connections to the projectors. Content to be displayed or projected by one or both projectors is wirelessly transmitted to the projectors over the X9 WIFI network. Content can be driven by any device (laptop, cell phone) connected to our network if the Epson EasyMP software has been installed and configured on it. The software can be configured to display the same content on both projectors or one just one projector. If two devices are running with the Epson EasyMP software, different content can be display simutaniously on each projector. The EasyMP software will transmit any video content being displayed on the device to one or both projectors. If audio is required, there is an audio panel in the back of the room with an audio cable that has a standard 1/8″ audio jack that can be connected to the headphone output of a laptop or android based cell phone. The audio from this jack will be transmitted to the ceiling speakers in the conference room. Contact X9 staff to operate the audio equipment or for help with configuring the EasyMP software. Only staff is allowed to operate the audio equipment.
Note: The X9 audio system is connected to a phone line and has a device that allows the audio system to connect to the audio of any dialup conferencing service or make a normal phone call and have that call on the audio system. Contact X9 staff to operate the audio system. Only X9 staff is autorized to operate the audio system.

EasyMP Network Projection is a client-based content-over-IP utility which is installed on a wireless or wired laptop. It allows users to send display content to any networked Epson EasyMP projectors from any IP network, using the EasyMP feature.
