Overview

The US ISO 20002 Market Practice Industry Forum serves as a forum to develop and document best practices, and where possible, alignment on common data usage and processes for ISO 20022 messages within the U.S. It will do so by identifying gaps and opportunities for alignment and coordinating work groups to address them. The work will leverage efforts of ISO 20022.org and the Swift Common Global Implementation – Market Practice (CGI-MP) initiative, and it will work with ISO 20022.org and CGI-MP to ensure that US interests are reflected in their guidance to global participants. The output of this group will be best practice recommendations developed through consensus and shared without restrictions. This will be an open source, community-based endeavor.
